ABOUT US
With over a decade of experience in post-war and contemporary art sales and market expertise to draw upon, Astrid Rosetti Firmenich has been advising private and institutional clients from across the globe on collecting and art investment. Throughout the years, she has developed a strong network of professionals that extends across industries and geographies.
RFAA was established in response to a growing demand for independent and impartial advice when transacting in the art market. Astrid focuses on generating business and advising clients on acquisitions for the global Post-War and Contemporary art market.
Before launching RFAA, Astrid worked at major galleries and art institutions, including Hauser & Wirth, Sotheby’s and in the art collection at Deutsche Bank, overseeing art due diligence and collection management. Astrid holds a Master’s degree with merit in Art History from the Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London.
Philanthropy is central to Astrid’s commitment to art. She is a committee member of the Firmenich Family Philanthropic Foundation and a devoted supporter of art through her global activities with international art institutions. She is a research member of the Gallery Climate Coalition (GCC), a member of the Association of Women in the Arts (AWITA), and sits on the fine art advisory board of Convelio. In addition to this Astrid is a lecturer for the MA in Art Business program in the Department of Creative and Cultural
